Attaching Planar Seat

To attach the soli d planar seat:

1. To remove the fabri c seat from the chai r, fi rst detach i t

from the Velcro® pad on the back of the chai r. Fig. 69

2. Sli de the seat out by pressi ng the release buttons on the

outsi de of the telescopi ng tubes and pulli ng on the tubes.

Set uni t and tubes asi de. Fig. 70

3. Remove the telescopi ng tubes from the planar seat. (These

tubes shi p attached to the planar seat and have the release

button on the i nsi de of the tubes.). Fig. 71

Attaching Planar Back

Attach the planar back by wrappi ng the straps around chai r

frame and attachi ng wi th the Velcro®. Fig. 78

5. Faci ng the chai r, ti p the planar seat down at a 45 degree angle toward the seat back,

wi th the support bars touchi ng the frame of the chai r. Fig. 73

6. Push gently unti l the support bars go beyond the frame of the chai r as shown.

7. Lower the seat to a hori zontal posi tion and push the end caps/brackets onto the

telescopi ng tubes unti l you hear a “cli ck.” Fig. 75

8. Make sure that the arrows on the support bars are li ned up wi th the green patch on

each si de of the cushi on. Fig. 76

4. Insert telescopi ng tubes i nto the chai r frame wi th release buttons to the

i nsi de. Adjust seat depth by pressi ng a release button and sli di ng the

tube unti l i t cli cks i nto posi ti on. Fig. 72
